Trendnet's warranty may be a good length of time, but they force the customer to pay for shipping an RMA every time their product fails and a replacement is needed. It makes more sense to choose a product from a company that stands behind their product than to save a few dollars and go with TrendNet.
I spoke with tech named Bala who determined my product as a complete failure, set up an RMA, and told me I need to pay for shipping the failed product to them before they would send me a replacement. I requested a shipping label and was denied. I also called the RMA department in California and spoke with Ruena who rudely declared Trendnet's policy as requiring the customer to pay for shipping.
I have an open case with them, case# C090129-01087.
